Se habla sobre la garant?a de los derechos humanos tanto para hombre como para mujeres y como se puede estar distorsionando con la ley de violencia de g?nero, donde los medios de comunicaci?n juegan un papel importante a lo largo del tiempo pues son los principales emisores de noticias y hoy por hoy pareciera que est?n sesgados por el machismo en pleno siglo XXI. Finalmente se acerca la problem?tica a las Cifras reportadas por algunas comisar?as de familia y la perspectiva que tienen las entidades sobre esta problem?tica.In the present monograph, the main issue is the violence within the family that some men suffer at the hands of their female partner and how the problem remains a taboo issue today; Mention is made of issues such as: Why do men not report such abuses? What types of aggression are they subjected to? What is the profile of both the aggressed man and the aggressor woman? There is talk about the guarantee of human rights for both men and women and how it can be distorted with the gender violence law, where the means of communication play an important role over time as they are the main news broadcasters and today it seems that they are biased by machismo in the 21st century. Finally the problem is approached to the figures reported by some family commissioners and the perspective that entities have on this problem.
