El prop?sito general del presente proyecto es realizar un an?lisis de los procedimientos de la dependencia Ayudas Educativas de la Universidad de Ibagu?. De tal forma que se pueda conocer el estado de operaci?n de la unidad para la realizaci?n de la reingenier?a de los mismos y la evaluaci?n de cargas de trabajo generando un insumo que soporte los requerimientos arquitecturales para el dise?o de una herramienta software, que permita la automatizaci?n de los procedimientos y servicios brindados por el departamento. Logrando el mejoramiento de la realizaci?n de las funciones evaluadas, ya que por las condiciones obsoletas como: sistemas de reserva, formatos de entrega y pr?stamos, verificaci?n de inventarios y control de los monitores quienes manejan estos procesos de manera manual incurriendo en situaciones que imposibilitan el adecuado desarrollo de las labores necesarias para suplir los eventos que se presentan diariamente en la unidad, evitando el cumplimiento de la misi?n de Ayudas Educativas.The general purpose of the present project is to carry out an analysis of the procedures of the Educational Aid Unit of the University of Ibagu?. In such a way that we can know the operation status of the unit for the realization of the reengineering of the same and the evaluation of workloads generating an input that supports the architectural requirements for the design of a software tool, which allows the automation of the processes and services provided by the department. Achieving the improvement of the performance of the evaluated functions, because of the obsolete conditions such as: reservation systems, delivery and loan formats, inventory verification and control of the monitors who handle these processes in a manual manner, incurring in situations that make the adequate development of the necessary tasks to meet the events that occur daily in the unit, avoiding the fulfillment of the mission of Educational Aid.
