El prop?sito de este trabajo es conocer cu?l es el nivel de educaci?n financiera de las emprendedoras del grupo de Mujeres Empoderadas de la ciudad Ibagu?, para el cual se tendr? en cuenta tres objetivos espec?ficos, los cuales son: a) Identificar las pr?cticas, las actitudes y los conocimientos financieros de las emprendedoras del grupo de Mujeres Empoderadas de la ciudad de Ibagu?, b) Examinar la implementaci?n de estrategias financieras de las emprendedoras del grupo de Mujeres Empoderadas de la ciudad de Ibagu? y c) Determinar los conocimientos y necesidades financieras de las emprendedoras del grupo de Mujeres Empoderadas de la ciudad de Ibagu?. En este an?lisis se ha utilizado la caracterizaci?n como herramienta de an?lisis descriptivo utilizando datos cuantitativos y cualitativos y por consiguiente una recolecci?n de informaci?n a trav?s de una encuesta dividida en tres apartados, identificaci?n, conocimiento financiero y pr?ctica financiera. Se centr? principalmente en mujeres empoderadas que tuvieran un emprendimiento en la ciudad de Ibagu? que dan a conocer sobre sus emprendimientos principalmente a trav?s de redes sociales. Siendo finalmente 128 emprendedoras quienes contestaron la encuesta. Los datos obtenidos fueron analizados mediante estad?stica descriptiva debido a que facilita su interpretaci?n y clasificaci?n de acuerdo a los intereses a investigar y las mismas que brinden respuesta a los objetivos planteados anteriormente. Los resultados muestran que las mujeres emprendedoras y empoderadas de la ciudad de Ibagu? se caracterizan por tener un nivel de educaci?n financiera b?sico-alto, el cual se subdividi? en el b?sico conocimiento financiero, alta pr?ctica financiera y alta actitud financiera.The purpose of this work is to know the level of financial education of the women entrepreneurs of the group of Empowered Women of the city of Ibagu?, for which three specific objectives will be taken into account, which are: (a) To identify the financial practices, attitudes and knowledge of the women entrepreneurs of the group of Empowered Women of the city Ibagu?, (b) To examine the implementation of financial strategies of the women entrepreneurs of the group of Empowered Women of the city of Ibagu? and (c) To determine the financial knowledge and needs of the women entrepreneurs of the group of Empowered Women of the city of Ibagu?. Characterization has been used as a descriptive analysis tool using quantitative and qualitative data and therefore a collection of information through a survey divided into three sections, identification, financial knowledge and financial practice. It focused mainly on empowered women who had an enterprise in the city of Ibagu? and who made their enterprises known mainly through social networks. In the end, 128 women entrepreneurs answered the survey. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics because it facilitates the interpretation and classification according to the interests to be investigated and the same that provide answers to the objectives set out above. The results showed that women entrepreneurs and empowered women in the city of Ibagu? are characterized by having a basic-high level of financial education, which was subdivided into basic financial knowledge, high financial practice and high financial attitude.PregradoAdministradora Financiera
