La Constituci?n Pol?tica de Colombia en el art?culo 52 reconoce el derecho de todos sus habitantes a practicar un deporte, aprovechar su tiempo libre y la recreaci?n por ello ordena al estado fomentar estas actividades y a su vez inspeccionar a las organizaciones deportivas, la encargada de desarrollar este mandato es la ley del deporte (Ley 181 de 1995), con relaci?n a este art?culo y como objetivo de inclusi?n social se realizan los juegos deportivos nacionales que son considerados el m?ximo evento deportivo del pa?s. Es por esto que la poblaci?n de la ciudad escogida como sede para la realizaci?n de dichos juegos empieza a tener una serie de expectativas positivas relacionadas al desarrollo econ?mico, oportunidades para los j?venes deportistas y para las ligas deportivas en temas de formaci?n y crecimiento de los sectores social y financiero, quienes esperan mayor inversi?n, atracci?n tur?stica y el aspecto m?s importante, mejorar los espacios deportivos con impactos positivos a largo plazo.The Political Constitution of Colombia in article 52 recognizes the right of all its inhabitants to practice a sport, take advantage of their free time and recreation for that reason it orders the state to promote these activities and at the same time to inspect the sport organizations, the one in charge of developing this mandate is the law of sport (Law 181 of 1995), with relation to this article and as objective of social inclusion the national sport games are carried out that are considered the maximum sport event of the country. This is why the population of the city chosen as the venue for these games begins to have a series of positive expectations related to economic development, opportunities for young athletes and for sports leagues in terms of training and growth of the social and financial sectors, who expect greater investment, tourist attraction and the most important aspect, improving sports spaces with positive impacts in the long term.
