Las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud, son todas las entidades, asociaciones y/o personas bien sean p?blicas, privadas o con econom?a mixta que se encargan de promover y brindar al usuario todos los principales servicios ofrecidos por las IPS. Estas tienen como objetivo asegurarle al usuario un servicio que sea eficiente, en donde no se infrinja el derecho fundamental a la salud y prime la integridad f?sica del paciente. Con base a lo anterior, en este proyecto se realizar? la documentaci?n de los principales factores que afectan la calidad del servicio en la IPS Cardiolog?a Siglo XXI y que perjudican su funcionamiento ?ptimo con el fin de proponer alternativas de mejoramiento para el desempe?o del sistema aplicando la Log?stica Hospitalaria.Health Service Provider Institutions are all entities, associations and individuals, whether public, private or mixed economy, that are in charge of promoting and providing the user with all the main services offered by the EPS. These are aimed at ensuring the user an efficient service, where the fundamental right to health is not infringed and the physical integrity of the patient is paramount. Based on the above, this project will document the main factors that affect the quality of service at IPS Cardiolog?a Siglo XXI and that impair its optimal operation in order to propose improvement alternatives for the performance of the system by applying Hospital Logistics.
