El presente trabajo de grado es el resultado de una investigaci?n cualitativa que aborda el tema de las aproximaciones de la incidencia pol?tica y las transformaciones culturales que se han generado a partir de dos organizaciones civiles ambientalistas activas en los municipios de Ibagu? y Salda?a durante el periodo 2011-2018 , teniendo como objetivo general identificar las transformaciones pol?ticas y culturales que han generado las acciones adelantadas por parte del Comit? Ambiental de Ibagu? ?En Defensa De La Vida?, en la ciudadan?a y administraciones p?blica de los municipios de Ibagu? y Salda?a, durante el periodo ya anteriormente mencionado. Cabe tambi?n mencionar que en este trabajo de investigaci?n se seleccion? los dos comit?s ambientales que es el comit? Ambiental En Defensa De La Vida y el Comit? Ambiental De Salda?a, como objetos principales de estudios por su importancia en la regi?n, analizando factores como acciones, dificultades e impactos entre otros, para as? mismo entender la incidencia y transformaciones culturales que han logrado estos dos movimientos ambientalistas en la regi?n.The present work of degree is the result of a qualitative research that deals with the topic of the approximations of the political incidence and the cultural transformations that have been generated from two environmental civil organizations active in the municipalities of Ibagu? and Salda?a during the period 2011 -2018, having as a general objective to identify the political and cultural transformations that have generated the actions carried out by the Environmental Committee of Ibagu? "In Defense of Life", in the citizenship and public administrations of the municipalities of Ibagu? and Salda?a, during the period previously mentioned. It is also worth mentioning that in this research work, the two environmental committees that are the Environmental Committee in Defense of Life and the Environmental Committee of Salda?a were selected as main objects of studies due to their importance in the region, analyzing factors such as actions, difficulties and impacts among others, in order to understand the impact and cultural transformations that these two environmental movements have achieved in the region.
