Por medio de esta investigaci?n se analiz? el bienestar social y sus cinco dimensiones, la salud mental y el desempe?o contextual, con el fin de conocer la percepci?n que tienen los colaboradores frente a diferentes aspectos de su vida. La informaci?n se recogi? durante los meses de Octubre ? Enero, la poblaci?n objeto de estudio fueron los trabajadores de diferentes organizaciones de la ciudad de Ibagu?, cada una de estas con un objeto social distinto, hubo un total de trescientas ochenta y tres aplicaciones, de las cuales cincuenta y ocho de ellas fueron analizadas en este informe, se aplicaron dos instrumentos, uno para conocer el bienestar social de los colaboradores y otro para conocer el desempe?o, los cuales fueron aplicados a los trabajadores de las empresas y a los jefes respectivamente, los resultados fueron analizados por medio del programa estad?stico SPSS y Excel. Dentro de los resultados m?s relevantes se encuentra que la dimensi?n de aceptaci?n social representa niveles bajos y que la relaci?n entre el bienestar social y el desempe?o contextual, seg?n chi-cuadrado, es insignificante.Through this research, social welfare and its five dimensions, mental health and contextual performance, were analyzed in order to know the perception that collaborators have about different aspects of their lives. The information was collected during the months of October - January, the population under study were workers from different organizations in the city of Ibague, each of these with a different social purpose, there were a total of three hundred eighty-three applications, of which fifty-eight of them were analyzed in this report, two instruments were applied, one to know the social welfare of the collaborators and another to know the performance, which were applied to the workers of the companies and to the heads respectively, the results were analyzed through the statistical program SPSS and Excel. Among the most relevant results is that the social acceptance dimension represents low levels and the relation between social welfare and contextual performance, according to chi-square, is insignificant.
