Esta monograf?a expone el planteamiento del proyecto de grado; ?Bioparque, la Martinica en el municipio de Ibagu??. El cual pretende convertirse en un impacto y foco ambiental/educativo para la poblaci?n de la ciudad de Ibagu? y el corregimiento el totumo de la cual hace parte la Martinica. Con el objetivo de reactivar la econom?a y patrimonio natural mediante estrategias sostenibles a partir del dise?o del Bioparque la Martinica, aprovechando las condiciones naturales del lugar El proyecto ?Bioparque, la Martinica? pretende aumentar los ?ndices naturales a partir de los servicios tur?sticos de esta propuesta espacial, apoyando a los habitantes del sector en la generaci?n de mayores expectativas de desarrollo sostenible. La propuesta implementa 2 nuevos equipamientos, un museo-multifuncional, y un mirador tem?tico que al mimetizarse con el entorno conforman el Bioparque, la Martinica, el cual surge como un elemento de fortalecimiento y conexi?n a la red de equipamientos existentes, supliendo la necesidad de identidad, preservaci?n del ecosistema y turismo, y as? ayude a los habitantes del sector a generar mayores expectativas de desarrollo.This monograph exposes the approach of the graduation project; "Bioparque, La Martinica en el municipio de Ibagu?" Which aims to become an impact and environmental/educational focus for the population of the city of Ibague and the municipality of El Totumo of which La Martinica is a part. With the objective of potentiate the economy through environmental tourism and awareness building regarding its nearby habitat. The "Bioparque, La Martinica" project aims to revive the green and sustainable life of the sector from the Biopark's design, to adapt to the natural conditions of the sector. Being able to increase the environmental, economic and social indicators, based on the preservation of flora and fauna, increasing the supply and the connection of the social ties of the community. The proposal implements 2 new equipments, an educational museum, and a thematic viewpoint when mimicking with the environment, make up the Bioparque, La Martinica, which emerges as an element of strengthening and connection to the existing equipment network, supplying the need for identity, preservation of the ecosystem and tourism, and thus help the inhabitants of the sector to generate higher development expectations.
