En el presente texto se construye el estado del arte sobre el tema de las maquilas y su relaci?n con las condiciones de vida de las mujeres que trabajan en este modelo de producci?n contempor?neo, este, como parte del fortalecimiento de la estructura del proyecto de investigaci?n Mujeres maquiladoras en Ibagu?: Trabajo Remunerado y Econom?a del Cuidado . Dentro de su marco metodol?gico se realiz? un muestreo te?rico en bases de datos como SCOPUS, Science Direct, Scielo y Dialnet, su enfoque corresponde a una revisi?n documental con enfoque cualitativo, para la sistematizaci?n de la informaci?n se dise?? una matriz de muestreo te?rico en donde se intent? identificar aspectos como el problema de investigaci?n, marco te?rico, antecedentes, metodolog?a, resultados y nuevos panoramas en este ?mbito. En la revisi?n bibliogr?fica se verificaron aspectos como la maquila y sus efectos en la poblaci?n, principalmente en mujeres que buscan emplearse para mejorar su situaci?n econ?mica y que deben aceptar condiciones no favorables como lo son las largas jornadas laborales, el stress, la falta de compromiso gubernamental que corrobore el cumplimiento de la legislaci?n en bienestar del empelado.In the present text the state of art is built on the subject of maquilas and their relationship with the living conditions of women working in this model of contemporary production, this, as part of the strengthening of the structure of the research project Women Maquiladoras in Ibagu?: Remunerated Work and Care Economy. Within its methodological framework a theoretical sampling was carried out in databases such as SCOPUS, Science Direct, Scielo and Dialnet, its approach to a documentary review with a qualitative approach, for the systematization of the information a theoretical sampling matrix was designed in which identify aspects such as the research problem, theoretical framework, background, methodology, results and new scenarios in this field. In the literature review aspects such as the maquila and its effects on the population are verified, mainly in women who seek to be employed to improve their economic situation and who must meet unfavorable conditions such as long working hours, stress, lack of commitment Government that compliance with the law in the welfare of the endeavor.
