El presente art?culo recoge los resultados de un proyecto de investigaci?n desarrollado en el suroriente de la ciudad de Bogot?, en la Localidad Cuarta de San Crist?bal, que tuvo como objetivo identificar los discursos y las acciones que los miembros de la Red de comunicadores y comunicadoras populares Loma Sur han entramado en torno a su formaci?n socio pol?tica, comunitaria y alter comunicativa. Esta experiencia ha sido liderada por activistas populares que, desde los a?os ochenta del siglo xx, desarrollan acciones edu[alter]comunicativas que se proyectan como transformadoras de las problem?ticas realidades de la Localidad Cuarta y del suroriente bogotano, por cuanto se inscriben en la l?gica de los saberes pr?cticos, las pedagog?as cr?ticas y las formas contra hegem?nicas de re-creaci?n del conocimiento desde el campo de la alter comunicaci?n, cuestiones que se concretan en las acciones organizativas que hacen parte del quehacer cotidiano de los integrantes de Loma Sur.This article collects the results of a research project developed in the south east of the city of Bogot?, in the Fourth Locality of San Crist?bal, which aimed to identify the speeches and actions that members of the Network of communicators and communicators Loma Sur popular have interwoven around their socio-political, community and communicative alter formation.
