Este trabajo de grado, consiste en que, por medio de la pol?tica de responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE) de la empresa Ser Ambiental S.A.E.S.P., se cree un programa de emprendimiento social con el fin de mejorar las condiciones laborales y sociales de los recicladores de la ciudad de Girardot y a su vez, legitimar su actividad comercial ante la sociedad y los diferentes grupos de inter?s. Luego ya viene toda la parte t?cnica y legal del proyecto en la cual primero, se exponen conceptos b?sicos para la conformaci?n y consolidaci?n del mismo, como lo son ?Emprendimiento social? y ?Cooperativa? y por tanto, la relaci?n entre estos y la manera en que se lograr?a una vinculaci?n efectiva para el beneficio de todos los interesados. Esto mediante la creaci?n de una planta de tratamiento de residuos pl?sticos de Tereftalato de Polietileno m?s conocido como (PET) y la explicaci?n detallada de todo el proceso productivo que se debe seguir para lograr el producto final, ?Flakes (Escamas) de PET?; desde la recolecci?n hasta el disposici?n final incluyendo maquinaria y equipo necesario; Significa entonces que al finalizar la lectura de este proyecto, se estar? en condiciones de discernir si la propuesta planteada es viable tanto en la parte t?cnica como en la parte presupuestal y qu? beneficios futuros puede traer.This degree work consists of creating, through the corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy of the company Ser Ambiental S. A. E. S. P. , a social entrepreneurship program in order to improve the working and social conditions of the recyclers of the city of Girardot and at the same time, legitimize their commercial activity before society and the different interest groups. Then comes all the technical and legal part of the project in which first, basic concepts for the conformation and consolidation of the project are presented, such as ?Social Entrepreneurship"; and ?Cooperative"; and therefore, the relationship between them and the way in which an effective linkage would be achieved for the benefit of all interested parties. This means the creation of a plastic waste treatment plant of Polyethylene Terephthalate, better known as PET, and the detailed explanation of the entire production process that must be followed to achieve the final product, ?Flakes?; from collection to final disposal, including machinery and necessary equipment; this means that at the end of the reading of this project, we will be able to discern whether the proposal is viable both in the technical and in the budgetary part, and what future benefits it may bring.
