La Asociaci?n de mujeres de la vereda de Santiago P?rez ? AMUSAPER es una organizaci?n que busca desde sus iniciativas como agriculturas y futuras emprendedoras en el textil, mostrar en su comunidad como han llegado a unir mujeres que quieren un progreso individual, pero tambi?n, darle a su comunidad una asociaci?n que genere empleo y nuevos recursos socioecon?micos. Convertir AMUSAPER en un punto de referencia a nivel nacional, desligando los sucesos hist?ricos del conflicto armado que marcaron la comunidad y darle al municipio de Ataco ? Tolima y al corregimiento de Santiago P?rez una mirada de progreso y como desde ellos mismos se pueden gestar buenas pr?cticas para superar el conflicto armado. Este trabajo de grado contiene una recopilaci?n de los sucesos m?s relevantes del conflicto armado en Colombia, haciendo un acercamiento especial al ?Tolima y luego llegando al municipio de Ataco como zona central para la investigaci?n. En esta zona del departamento en la vereda de Santiago P?rez se dio la organizaci?n AMUSAPER, se hace un acercamiento a sus procesos comunicativos de manera interna y externa, como han logrado visibilizar su asociaci?n, mostrando sus principales actores que han impulsado y apoyado constantemente para finalmente brindar un relato que cuenta como surgieron, quienes son como fueron afectadas por el conflicto armado y como con esta organizaci?n le dieron a su vereda una perspectiva de progreso y desarrollo.The Association of women of the district of Santiago P?rez ? Tolima and the district of Santiago P?rez a look of progress and as they themselves can develop good practices for overcome the armed conflict. This work of degree contains a compilation of the most relevant events of the armed conflict in Colombia, making a special approach to Tolima and then arriving to the municipality of Ataco as a central area for the investigation. In this area of the department on the sidewalk of Santiago P?rez was given the organization AMUSAPER, an approach is made to their communicative processes in an internal and external way, as they have managed to make visible their association, showing their main actors who have constantly encouraged and supported to finally give a story that tells how they emerged, who are as they were affected by the armed conflict and as with this organization gave their sidewalk a prospect of progress and development.
