El presente trabajo identific? los imaginarios urbanos representados en los medios de comunicaci?n digitales: El Tortugazo e Ibagu? Dice. Se mostr? por qu? los ciudadanos se sienten identificados con los memes publicados, debido a que estos resaltan las costumbres y vida cotidiana de los ibaguere?os. La investigaci?n se basa en la teor?a de los imaginarios urbanos del te?rico colombiano Armando Silva. La metodolog?a tiene un enfoque cualitativo y se desarroll? de la siguiente manera: se realiz? un proceso de selecci?n de los memes, luego se hicieron encuestas y grupos focales, con el fin de conocer sus opiniones acerca de los memes seleccionados, finalmente se compararon los resultados.The present work identified the urban imaginaries represented in the digital media: El Tortugazo and Ibagu? Dice. It showed why citizens feel identified with the published memes, because they highlight the customs and daily life of the people of Puerto Rico. The research is based on the theory of the urban imaginaries of the Colombian theorist Armando Silva. The methodology has a qualitative approach and was developed in the following way: a selection process of the memes was carried out, then surveys and focus groups were made, in order to know their opinions about the selected memes, finally the results were compared.
