dc.descriptionThis paper presents the design of a system for the entry, continuance and promotion of human resources engaged in teaching at the National University of the North West of the Province of Buenos Aires. Managing human resources is considered to be a central issue for institutional development and a current deficit for newly created universities, which compete for resources against existing universities, thus deteriorating the system as a whole. UNNOBA is a newly created university and, therefore, a system to enter and promote university teaching careers becomes essential. Such system needs to be in compliance with regulations currently in place and aim at developing and strengthening the academic profession serving the strategic goals of the organization. Therefore, the growth of the academic profession should depend on the assessment carried out by the institution and its stakeholders in terms of quality of the service provided, understanding such quality as the achievement of organizational targets.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo presenta el diseño de un sistema de ingreso, permanencia y promoción de los recursos humanos docentes en la Universidad del Noroeste de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Se considera la gestión de los recursos humanos central para el desarrollo de la institución y un déficit actual de las universidades de reciente creación, que compiten por los mismos recursos con las universidades prexistentes, deteriorando el conjunto del sistema. La UNNOBA es una universidad de reciente creación, motivo por el cual se hace indispensable establecer un sistema de acceso y promoción a la docencia universitaria que en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente fortalezca y desarrolle la profesión académica contribuyendo a los objetivos estratégicos de la institución. Se trata entonces de que el crecimiento en la profesión académica dependa de la evaluación que la institución y sus actores haga en términos de calidad en la prestación del servicio, entendiendo ésta como la satisfacción de los objetivos organizacionales.es-ES
