Se presenta en este artículo un proyecto de investigación y producción de un texto titulado: “Voces juveniles en una ciudad media de la provincia de Buenos Aires”. La propuesta surge de la puesta en cooperación de un grupo de investigación perteneciente al NuRES-FACSO y la agencia de noticias para la niñez y la adolescencia, ZUM de la Secretaría de Extensión de la FACSO. Proponemos, para el presente estado de la investigación compartir la problematiza-ción de unos primeros avances que permitan identificar ejes y niveles de articulación entre la trayectoria biográfica de cada joven y el contexto histórico general en que se inscribe. Atendemos particularmente al registro de la experiencia vivida en su vínculo con las institucio-nes estatales encargadas de conferirles “cuidado y protección” antes y después del cam-bio paradigmático y normativo de mediados de la década pasada en materia de derechos de infancia y juventud.A research and production of a text entitled: “Young voices from an average city from the province of Buenos Aires” is presented in this article. The proposal arises from the cooperation between a research group from the NuRES-FACSO and the news agency for child-hood and adolescence (ZUM), a dependency of the Extension Office of FACSO. We propose to problematize about the first steps that enables the identification of the axes and levels of articulation between the bio-graphical trajectory of each young and the general historical context in which it is inscribed. We particularly attend to the registration of the experience in their relationship with the State institutions responsible for give them “care and protection” before and after the paradigmatic and regulatory change on children and youth rights that from the middle of the last decade.
