dc.descriptionThe Supreme Court has validated the celebration in staterun public schools of festivities originally typical of the Catholic Church, but which are now part of the heritage and cultural tradition of the province in which they are celebrated. The Court strengthens educational federalism and recognizes, within the framework of respect for religious freedom and conscience, the relevance of the objected celebrations.en-US
