dc.descriptionThe aim of this paper is to suggest a possible study of Juvenal's Satires. For this, recent analysis in the fields of latin syntax and pragmatic will be acknowledged, such as those of Kroon (1995 and 2011) and Tarriño Ruiz (2009) among others. We shall focus on the study of some particles and their inner workings in the complex interwoven structure of the Satires, aiming at a linguistic approach to phenomena that have been mainly the object of works with a literary perspective. This will be done grounded on the assumption that understanding the mechanisms of the language is a reliable path for the philological study of the texts.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo del siguiente trabajo es proponer un estudio posible de las Sátiras de Juvenal a partir de los análisis realizados en el campo de la sintaxis y la pragmática del latín en investigaciones recientes como las de Kroon (1995 y 2011) y Tarriño Ruiz (2009) entre otros. Se centrará la atención en el estudio de algunas partículas y de su funcionamiento en el complejo entramado de las Sátiras de Juvenal, buscando una aproximación lingüística para ciertos fenómenos que han sido tratados principalmente desde la crítica literaria. Esto se llevará adelante en el entendido de que la comprensión de los mecanismos de la lengua es una vía certera para el estudio filológico de los textos.es-AR
