This article deals with the presence of San Juan Bautista de La Salle (Saint John Baptist de La Salle) in the Corporación Universitaria Lasallista (Lasallian Universitary Corporation), specifically in the portraits of the saint that hang on its walls. It is stated that it is necessary to constantly study the legacy of the saint in order to continue living lasallianism. The importance of the pictorial art with images of the saint is analyzed in the context of our present .image. based ways of apprehending culture. A proposal is made, adapted to all the members of the Corporation, so that the amount of pictorial art about the life and works of the saint increases inside the Campus so that it provides greater knowledge of the saint himself in those that work for the Corporation. This is the first step to know better the highest example and aspiration that this Education Center has.Este artículo se ocupa de la presencia de San Juan Bautista de La Salle en la Corporación universitaria lasallista, específicamente en los retratos del santo que cuelgan en sus paredes. Se establece que es necesario estudiar constantemente el legado del santo para seguir viviendo el lasallismo. Se analiza la importancia del arte pictórico que retrata al santo en el contexto de nuestra actual manera visual de aprehender la cultura. Se hace una propuesta, adap- tada a todos los estamentos de la Corporación, de manera que haya más arte pictórico sobre la vida y obra del santo dentro de la sede para que suscite un mayor conocimiento del santo mismo en los que laboran en la Corporación. Éste se propone como el primer paso para conocer mejor la inspiración máxi- ma de este centro educativo.
