dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se hablará sobre el pensamiento estratégico, dentro de esta se dará la definición y se utilizará lo aprendido para observar la viabilidad para el establecimiento de un asadero de pollos en el barrio Tunjuelito. Se hablará de unas matrices como lo son la DOFA, MEFI, MEFE Y MIME para tomar una decisión más precisa respecto al proyecto junto con sus respectivas ponderaciones, el análisis y la explicación de cada una de ellas. Además se hará el plan de acción que nos ayuda a mitigar algunos aspectos negativos del proyecto y de alguna forma plantear estrategias que ayuden a mejorar el proyecto.
dc.descriptionIn this work, I will talk about strategic thinking, I will give the definition and I will use what I have learned to observe the feasibility at the moment of establishing a roast chicken shop in the Tunjuelito neighborhood. I will use the matrices, DOFA, MEFI, MEFE and MIME to give a more precise decision regarding the project feasibility together with their respective weightings, the analysis and explanation of each of them. In addition, the action plan will be made. this help us to mitigate some negative aspects of the project and in some way, propose strategies that help improve the project.
