Se utilizó el programa Statgraph, aplicando los modelos de regresión lineal, multiplicativo, exponencial y reciproco. Se obtuvo una ecuación útil para la determinación rápida de la acidez a partir del pH, con el modelo multiplicativo. | |

The Statgraph program was used, applying the linear, multiplicative, exponential and reciprocal regression models.
