dc.descriptionRESUMEN: Se relata el proceso de formación y estructuración del Estado Social de Derecho a partir de la crisis del Estado Liberal y cuya consolidación se presenta en la segunda posguerra en la Europa occidental. Finalización con la crisis del denominado Estado de Bienestar, crisis de caracter social y econñomico más no político.
