Análisis de la gestión de órdenes y solicitudes de ingeniería biomédica realizadas en la clínica cardiovid

Resumen: En el presente trabajo se realizó un análisis de las solicitudes de servicio y mantenimientos preventivos, realizados en la clínica cardio VID durante el periodo comprendido por los años 2015-2019, con el fin de tener métricas claves para toma de decisiones. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados en el presente proceso, se realizó una caracterización de los profesionales, la cual permitió conocer un poco más su perfil profesional y así determinar si estos cumplían con las competencias necesarias para desarrollar adecuadamente las actividades asignadas. Por otro lado se agrupó la información de interés de acuerdo a la clasificación de riesgo otorgada por el Invima para cada equipo biomédico (clase I, clase IIA, clase IIB, clase III), la cual depende de la función que cumpla cada equipo, esta actividad se realizó con el fin de indagar que tipo de equipos presentaban mayor solicitudes de servicios y mantenimientos preventivos por año, dando como resultado que los equipos con clasificación de riesgo IIB se presentan con mayor frecuencia; también se analizó la información mes a mes, la cual permitió conocer la distribución de cada una de las variables de interés a lo largo de los años de estudio, dando como resultado que los meses de enero, julio, agosto y septiembre son los meses con más cantidad de mantenimientos preventivos programados, caso contrario a la tendencia observada en las solicitudes de servicio, las cuales no presentan un patrón de comportamiento, resultado que no sorprende ya que estas están sujetas a muchas variables que son difíciles de controlar
