Edición crítico-genética y estudio previo de la obra poética (1940-2006) de Héctor Rojas Herazo

RESUMEN: La producción lírica de Héctor Rojas Herazo (1920-2002) constituye uno de los referentes principales de renovación estética de la segunda mitad del siglo XX colombiano, enmarcándose en las búsquedas americanistas y panhumanistas de la post-vanguardia latinoamericana, y en los debates críticos en torno a la tradición clásica conservadora y piedracielista nacionales. A pesar de ello no contamos en la actualidad con una edición de su obra poética que recupere, restaure y restituya un texto libre de deturpaciones como punto de partida hacia una revaloración de su proceso creativo y de las condiciones de emergencia de su poética. Esta investigación busca presentar a la comunidad académica la edición crítico-genética de la obra poética de Héctor Rojas Herazo, establecida conforme a criterios de fijación de textos literarios contemporáneos, en el caso de los testimonios textuales, y bajo una estabilización de los manuscritos conservados que dan origen a su poemario póstumo.
Como toda edición crítico-genética requiere la integración orgánica de un componente filológico, relativo al establecimiento material de la textualidad de la obra, y de uno crítico, que estudie el texto como acontecimiento estético y cultural, hemos abordado en nuestro estudio previo el problema de las relaciones entre “poesía” y “conocimiento” en la lírica moderna y contemporánea, ya que la estética de Héctor Rojas Herazo propone una noción de poesía como gnosis secular a partir de la reescritura de la teología grecolatina y judeocristiana del mal. En tanto categoría ficcional del discurso poético, consideramos que el concepto gnosis corresponde a uno de los horizontes más significativos para la comprensión de líricas que, como la de Héctor Rojas Herazo, se enfrentan al problema del conocimiento en tanto estructura y materia del propio poetizar.
