Consolidación de la ciudadanía para la paz : los sistemas locales de justicia como mecanismo de formación ciudadana en contextos de postconflicto

RESUMEN : Este producto de investigación aborda los aportes de la estrategia de los Sistemas Locales de
Justicia (SLJ) como mecanismo de formación ciudadana en contextos de postconflicto. Se
referencian los municipios de Amalfi, Dabeiba y Vegachí en Antioquia, donde se implementó la
estrategia y, a través de la metodología de análisis de caso, se desarrolló un ejercicio cuyo
objetivo estuvo centrado en explorar la proyección de la justicia local en los territorios abordados,
así como en determinar los alcances, retos y dificultades de la estrategia, encontrando que, si bien
los SLJ se instauran y conciben mediante fines, intenciones y objetivos genuinos,
estableciéndose como un mecanismo de formación ciudadana idóneo para la cultura de paz,
presentan una serie de complicaciones para su consolidación en los contextos territoriales, debido
a la reproducción de ciertas condiciones exógenas y endógenas, generando afectaciones a la
construcción de paz, la ciudadanía para la paz y del trabajo colaborativo entre instituciones y
ciudadanía.
