dc.descriptionRESUMEN: En este manuscrito se presenta el diseño de un modelo de tecnovigilancia con la finalidad de obtener la certificación en capacidad de almacenamiento y acondicionamiento, acorde al artículo 10 y 11 del decreto 4725 y el manual para la obtención del mismo expuesto en la resolución 4002 del 2007. Se establecen los parámetros iniciales para el diseño del modelo por medio del formato FM063, dónde se identifican aquellos requerimientos a cumplir. Se establecen los procedimientos administrativos con sus debidos reportes documentales como reportes de procedimientos, formatos de capacitación y auto inspección entre otros. Posterior a la implementación del modelo se realizan las actividades requeridas para llevar a la trazabilidad de los equipos y dispositivos médicos de la empresa Smart Medical S.A.S, con el fin de garantizar su seguridad y calidad. Finalmente se realiza por medio del formato FM063 una auditoría interna, con el fin de evaluar qué los requerimientos en estado " no cumple" hayan sido solucionados y se denotan una serie de observaciones enfocadas a aquellas actividades faltantes. Por último, se realizan las conclusiones pertinentes en cuestión del desarrollo e implementación del modelo, en la que se destaca el compromiso por parte del personal para llevar a cumplimiento al mismo, mediante algunas recomendaciones para su posible posterior implementación.
dc.descriptionABSTRACT: This paper relates the methodology to obtain the storage and conditioning capacity certifie by designing a techno-vigilance novel model according with the 4725 decree of 2005, sections 10 and 11 and also with the manual of storage and conditioning capacity certifie exposed at the 4002 resolution of 2007. The inicial parameters were established by the FM03, a paper that relates the requirements to accomplish. The administrative parameters were established and also their respective documentation about all procedures that the medical devices had been, the respectly capacitation feedback and report, and some auto-inspection documentary feedback. After the model were established and applied, the traceability activities were dispposed to ensure the quality and security of all medical equipment and devices by Smart Medical S.A.S. An audit was performed using the FM063 as reference with the only objective of check out the “not accomplishment” requirements and to denote some observations about all of this activities that weren’t developed to improve the process of the capacity of storage and conditioning certification. The pertinent conclusions were given to improve the model and also some recommendations about it, like the commitment of the staff to accomplish all of the Techno-vigilance objectives.
