| dc.description | RESUMEN : El gobierno nacional a través del instituto nacional de vías INVIAS puso en marcha el proyecto de vías de acceso al túnel Guillermo Gaviria Echeverri en el departamento de Antioquia, esta obra consta de 20 kilómetros de carretera nueva entre los municipios de Santa fe de Antioquia y Cañas gordas, este trayecto está dividido en 2 sectores de obras, que están a cargo de dos contratistas diferentes, y de estas obra está encargada una interventoría el cual a sus vez es supervisado por el INVIAS, donde desarrollo el trabajo el practicante, apoyando la revisión de los informes de interventoría. Para realizar una buena supervisión de estos informes mensuales, se necesitó conocer detalladamente los contratos de obra e interventoría, el pliego de condiciones de obra y e interventoría, de estos documento se extrajo la información de las obras a realizar por cada contratista, la fecha de inicio y final del contrato, el monto oficial del dinero por el cual se contrató la obra, el personal requerido para estar en obra por parte de los contratistas y de la interventoría, la maquinaria, los especialistas, el limite salarial para cada uno de los empleados, entro otros. También es necesario conocer el manual de interventoría del INVIAS, en este manual se encuentra la base y los formatos en los cuales la interventoría debe realizar el informe, para este caso se verifico detalladamente el informe mensual y cada uno de sus anexos, de ahí se conoce como debe ir realizado el informe y que aspectos se deben revisar. Con esta base de revisión bibliográfica se revisó mes a mes los informes de interventoría, verificando que el informe tenga todas las condiciones y el orden del manual de interventoría, que si estén todos los anexos que se relacionaron en el informe, que envíen toda la evidencia, que estén cada uno de estos formatos debidamente firmados, cualquier mal diligenciamiento o error en el informe se realiza la respectiva devolución a la interventoría indicando que subsanaciones deben realizar, y una vez subsanado todo se procede a dar el visto bueno para que se empiece a realizar el trámite del pago correspondiente. Luego se realiza el informe de supervisión donde se entrega los datos de los contratistas y de la interventoría, en ítems financieros, técnicos y judiciales. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT : The national government, through the national road institute INVIAS, launched the project for access roads to the Guillermo Gaviria Echeverri tunnel in the department of Antioquia, this work consists of 20 kilometers of new road between the municipalities of Santa Fe de Antioquia and Cañasgordas. This route is divided into two sectors of works, which are in charge of two different contractors, and these works are entrusted to an audit which is also supervised by INVIAS, where the practicing develops the work, supporting the revision of inspection reports. In order to carry out a good supervision of these monthly reports, it was necessary to know in detail the works and intervention contracts, the specifications of the works and intervention, it was necessary to bring from these documents the information of the works to be carried out by each contractor, the start date and end of the contract, the official amount of money for which the work was contracted, the personnel required to be on site by the contractors and the inspector, the machinery, the specialists, the salary limit for each of the employees , among others. It is also necessary to know the auditing manual of INVIAS, in this manual you will find the basis and the formats on which the auditing must make the report; for this case, the monthly report and each of its annexes were verified in detail, based on this, it is possible to know how the report should be prepared and what aspects should be reviewed. With this basis of bibliographic review, audit reports were reviewed month by month, verifying that the report has all the conditions and the order of the audit manual, making sure that all the annexes were listed in the report, and making sure they send all the evidence, confirming that each of these formats are duly signed. Any poor completion or error in the report results in the respective return to the intervention, indicating the corrections which must be carried out, and once everything is corrected, the approval is given so that it can begin to process the corresponding payment. Then the supervision report is made where the data of the contractors and the auditing are delivered, in financial, technical, and judicial articles. | |
