| dc.description | RESUMEN: En este artículo se realiza un análisis de las territorialidades que los habitantes de El Carmen de Viboral (Colombia) han construido alrededor del Parque Simón Bolívar. Esto con el objetivo de analizar los procesos de construcción colectiva del espacio público en el municipio, que permita examinar las territorialidades que la comunidad carmelitana tiene sobre el Parque Simón Bolívar. Para la consecución de este objetivo, se hizo uso del estudio de caso y se adoptaron técnicas propias del método etnográfico. Se utilizaron encuestas como técnica exploratoria de las territorialidades, y para profundizar se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas virtuales y observación participante de los diferentes comportamientos y actividades que realizan los habitantes en el parque principal de la localidad. Se obtuvo un panorama general de la apropiación y la construcción de territorialidades con el parque principal del municipio. En cuanto a resultados, se evidencia un crecimiento en la territorialidad gracias a mejores condiciones del espacio público y renovación de referentes simbólicos. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: This article analyzes the territorialities that the inhabitants of El Carmen de Viboral (Colombia) have built around Parque Simón Bolívar. This with the objective of analyzing the processes of collective construction of the public space in the municipality, that allows to examine the territorialities that the Carmelite community has on the Parque Simón Bolívar. To achieve this objective, the case study was used and techniques of the ethnographic method were adopted. Surveys were used through Google Forms as an exploratory technique of territorialities, and to deepen virtual semi-structured interviews were conducted on key characters and participant observation of the different behaviors and activities carried out by the inhabitants in the main park of the town. An overview of the appropriation and construction of territorialities was obtained with the main park of the municipality. In terms of results, growth in territoriality is evident thanks to better conditions of public space and the loss and generation of symbolic references. | |
