ABSTRACT: The mobility displayed by tourism and migration in the current conditions of globalization not only reflects conditions of inequality between who mobilizes and the effects where it arrives, but also produces a particular type of territory, of flows. The objective of this article is to analyze the way in which the globalization process produces a territory of flows through two phenomena of human mobility such as tourism and migration. A mixed methodology is used, structured in two moments: first, a review and analysis of the literature on the relationship between tourism and migration is developed; Second, a statistical and cartographic analysis of the recent behavior of both phenomena is carried out. It is concluded that both tourism and migration represent the mobility that characterizes current globalization and, at the same time, local-global-local relations, configuring a territory of flows that reflects the unequal and dominant socioeconomic conditions of the current era. On the one hand, a growing exclusion of migrants and, on the other, a consumerist opulence from tourist trips.
