redes sociales durante el 2016, reconstruye su marco de sentido y sus repertorios discursivos;
ABSTRACT: This article addresses the question about the processes of construction of meanings on peace
in the Digital Social Networks of the Party Centro Democrático (CD) during the stage of
endorsement of the Peace Agreement between the Colombian government and the
FARC-EP, and its implications for the public sphere. For this, it describes the behavior of the CD in its
social networks during 2016, reconstructs its sense framework and its discursive repertoires;
and addresses the cultural structures that allow us to understand their place in the public
sphere. Methodologically it was based on a mixed approach that allowed identifying trends
and addressing meanings. The behavior of the CD was characterized by the publication of
adverse messages to the peace process throughout the year, with emphasis on September,
prior to the plebiscite; and for the centrality of the publications of former president
Álvaro Uribe Vélez. The framework of meaning was characterized by four pillars: 1) Agreements are
not peace, 2) Peace with justice, 3) Peace is voting No and 4) It is NOT saving the country.
Finally, the character of the discourse of the CD can be characterized as a hacienda discourse,
based on the opposition between the patron/peon code and bandit code.
