Tesis enfocada en el análisis del riesgo Psicosocial de los trabajadores de la empresa Agropecuaria Caribana S.A.S. (Finca Caribana) y su nivel de exposición, el cual conlleva a la desmotivación, estrés laboral e insatisfacción. Se toma como referencia el cumplimiento de la normatividad Colombiana vigente y las actividades o procesos que la empresa lleva a cabo orientadas al bienestar de los trabajadores; se realiza acercamiento con los empleados para conocer el punto de vista o concepto que cada uno de ellos tiene con referencia clima laboral, orientación/capacitación por parte de la empresa respecto al riesgo Psicosocial, nivel de satisfacción y comunicación entre los diferentes niveles de la organización.
