El propósito de este proyecto investigativo es realizar una revisión literaria académica, mediante metodología del Scoping Review sobre la importancia del engagement en Colombia, sus orígenes y el efecto que genera en las organizaciones, destacando en los seres humanos los aspectos positivos y óptimos, analizando las diferentes investigaciones sobre las relaciones entre el engagement, y las organizaciones destacando su compromiso y los recursos laborales.The purpose of this research project is to carry out an academic literary review, using the methodology of the Scoping Review on the importance of engagement in Colombia, its origins and the effect it generates in organizations, highlighting in human beings the positive and optimal aspects, analyzing the different investigations on the relationships between engagement, and organizations highlighting their commitment and labor resources.
