New records of aquatic and semi-aquatic Heteroptera (Hemiptera) from Colombia

dc.descriptionNew records of sixteen species of water bugs are reported, belonging to 10 genera and seven families. Expansions of the geographical distribution are presented for 12 species and three species are recorded for the first time from Colombia: Ovatametra fusca Kenaga, 1942; Ovatametra gualeguay Bachmann, 1966 and Pseudosaldula saxicola Schuh and Polhemus, 2009, a diagnose and illustrations are included for each one of these species. Maps show the geographical distribution of all species.en-US
dc.descriptionSe incluyen 16 especies de chinches acuáticas y semiacuáticas, pertenecientes a diez géneros y siete familias. Se amplía la distribución conocida para 12 especies y se registran por primera vez para Colombia tres especies: Ovatametra fusca Kenaga, 1942; O. gualeguay Bachmann, 1966 y Pseudosaldula saxicola Schuh y Polhemus, 2009, para cada una de las cuales se presenta diagnosis e ilustración. Para todas las especies se elaboraron mapas de distribución geográfica.es-ES
