Abstract

In this work the sociodemographic profile, motivational characteristics and the personality traits of teachers considered as the 'high-performance team' in the school La Salada were identified versus the characteristics of teachers that require a greater opportunity for improvement, under the dream team methodology. This is a case study, in which the DICS and CMT tests were used, in addition to a sociodemographic survey from which it was possible to identify that there are significant differences in the sociodemographic profile, personality traits and motivation between the two groups, as well as important similarities within each one, aspects that served as an input to the selection processes, career plans and retention of the personnel, that are part of the human management area of the Angelitos de luz foundation.
