| dc.description | La investigaci?n se desarrolla en el contexto de la Polic?a Nacional de Colombia dirigida
al Sistema de Gesti?n Ambiental ? SGA de la Instituci?n en escenarios de consolidaci?n
de la Paz y Posacuerdo, donde la protecci?n del medio ambiente juega un papel
determinante con un impacto significativo para el desarrollo agrario del pa?s, al igual que
la erradicaci?n de cultivo il?citos y el desarrollo de las actividades policiales en el marco
del cumplimiento del proceso misional. No obstante, tiene como intenci?n proponer un
modelo pionero para las entidades del estado y fuerzas militares a trav?s de un
lineamiento estrat?gico para el SGA es un per?odo de tiempo muy breve y decisivo en el
eventual escenario del Posconflicto de Colombia y la nueva actualizaci?n de la norma
NTC ISO 14001:2015 Gesti?n Ambiental
En atenci?n a los desaf?os ambientales que actualmente impacta la sociedad, las
entidades del estado colombiano han mostrado ante el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional
la necesidad de incluir la pol?tica de desarrollo agrario del pa?s, al igual que la
erradicaci?n de cultivos il?citos. Para lo cual, la investigaci?n se realiza con una revisi?n
exhaustiva de la planificaci?n y verificaci?n del SGA de la Direcci?n de Carabineros y
Seguridad Rural, Direcci?n de Antinarc?ticos y la Direcci?n de Protecci?n y Servicios
Especiales por su misionalidad ambiental y competencia en el tema, se integrara de una
manera socialmente responsable con el ambiente, con el fin establecer que lineamientos
del SGA se deben fortalecer de acuerdo a todos los requisitos de la norma internacional
ISO 14001. Por lo que, se empleara una metodolog?a cualitativa que responda al
planteamiento del problema a trav?s de un diagn?stico a la poblaci?n de muestra por
medio de documentos, normas nacionales e internacionales, que permitan llevar a cabo
una propuesta interinstitucional la cual se enmarc? en un m?todo mixto (Rodriguez,
2011), para una tem?tica ambiental en la Polic?a Nacional, a trav?s de la propuesta de
fortalecimiento del sistema de gesti?n ambiental de la Polic?a Nacional de Colombia en escenarios del posacuerdo, con un instrumento de medici?n que cuenta con la
metodolog?a de la escala mixta de Likert (Mendez L. M, 2006), que se aplica para medir
la percepci?n de la comunidad policial responsable de llevar a cabo el SGA y las
actividades de desarrollo agrario con UNIPEP; la cual tuvo un proceso de an?lisis a
trav?s del Diagn?stico, la matriz de evaluaci?n de requisitos legales y los resultados de
la encuesta, para finalmente proponer una gu?a de para la transici?n de la Gesti?n
Ambiental en escenarios ambientales de Posacuerdo.

| dc.description | The research is carried out in the context of the National Police of Colombia directed to
the Environmental Management System - SGA of the Institution in scenarios of
consolidation of Peace and Posacuerdo, where the environmental protection plays a
determining role with a significant impact for the Development of the country, as well as
the eradication of illicit cultivation and the development of police activities in the
framework of the fulfillment of the missionary process. However, it is intended to propose
a pioneering model for state agencies and military forces through a strategic guideline for
the SGA in a decisive jiffy in the possible scenario of Post-Conflict in Colombia and the
new update of the NTC ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management
In response to the environmental challenges currently impacting society, Colombian
entities have shown to the Ministry of National Defense the need to include the country's
agricultural development policy, as well as the eradication of illicit crops. For this purpose,
the investigation is carried out with a thorough review of the planning and verification of
the EMS of the Carabinieri and Rural Security Directorate, Anti-Narcotics Directorate and
the Special Protection and Services Department for its environmental mission and
competence in the area. Integrate in a socially responsible way with the environment, in
order to establish that guidelines of the EMS should be strengthened according to all the
requirements of the international norm ISO 14001. Therefore, a qualitative methodology
will be used that responds to the approach of the problem to Through a diagnosis to the
sample population by means of documents, national and international standards, that
allow to carry out an interinstitutional proposal which was framed in a mixed method
(Rodriguez, 2011), for an environmental theme in the National Police, Through the
proposal to strengthen the environmental management system of the Colombian National
Police in post-agreement scenarios, with a measurement instrument that has the
methodology of the Likert mixed scale, which is applied to measure the perception of the community Police responsible for carrying out the EMS and agricultural development
activities with UNIPEP; Which had a process of analysis through the Diagnosis, the matrix
of evaluation of legal requirements and the results of the survey, to finally propose a guide
for the transition of Environmental Management in environmental scenarios of PostAgreement.
