Recurso Electr?nico Se trabaj? el Proyecto de investigaci?n Estrategias pedag?gicas y metodol?gicas en relaci?n con la nutrici?n humanay la propuesta de innovaci?npedag?gica con el m?dulo ?Aventuras de la nutrici?n? en la Instituci?n Educativa Atanasio Girardot del Municipio de Bello, Antioquia, ante la necesidad de intervenci?n en el manejo delconocimiento significativo y con sentido, sobre la nutrici?n humana; adem?s, fortalecer el manejo metodol?gico y did?ctico en los procesos de ense?anza-aprendizaje con los estudiantes del grado sexto (1).
Se aplic? la metodolog?a de investigaci?n cuali-cuantitativa de corte cuasi? experimental, en el grado sexto (1) con una poblaci?n-muestra de treinta y dos (32) estudiantes. La aplicaci?n de la estrategia se llev? a cabo en cinco(5) fases iniciadas desde noviembre del a?o 2012, y finalizadas en octubre de 2013. Desde un enfoque constructivista, con apoyo en las Gu?as Alimentarias para la poblaci?n colombiana, del Ministerio de Salud y el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF), se implement? la propuesta pedag?gica como plataforma educativa que permiti? a los estudiantes el conocimiento de la naturaleza de los alimentos y su composici?n nutritiva sumada al ejercicio f?sico en pro del mejoramiento de sus procesos metab?licos.
El esfuerzo continuo y el esmero en el trabajo investigativo serio y disciplinado se facilit? por el acompa?amiento de la instituci?n originando resultados positivosy proyecci?n en la comunidad; la internalizaci?n de h?bitos sobre la importancia de una nutrici?n variada, moderada unida a la actividad f?sica para una vida con salud integral.

In the research project were planned pedagogical and methodological strategies relating to human nutrition and the proposal of pedagogical innovation supported in the modulo "Adventures of nutrition" at Educational Institution Atanasio Girardot belongs to Municipality of Bello Antioquia, given the need of intervention in the acquisition and management of significant knowledge and according to their age, about human nutrition; in addition to the above, strengthen the methodological and didactic management in the teaching and learning process with sixth grade students (1) . Work was provided by the support, guidance and resources offered in the institution.
Above mentioned has been achieved through the methodology of qualitative research related with quasi-experimental, developed in the sixth grade (1) with a population - sample of thirty-two (32) students. The implementation of the strategy was carried out in five (5) stages started from the twelfth of November of 2012, and ended up on October 29 this year (2013). From a constructivist approach, with the support of the food Guidelines for the Colombian population, of the Ministry of Health and the Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF), the pedagogical proposal was implemented as educational platform that allowed students learned about the constitution of foods and its nutritional composition coupled to the physical exercise for the improvement of their metabolic processes
The continuous effort and dedication in the serious and disciplined research work originated positive results because it was achieved in the students, and in the educational community, the understanding and internalization of habits on the importance of a varied nutrition, proportional, moderated attached to the physical activity to have a life with holistic health and welfare.
