The network configuration of mutualistic interactions such as pollination and seed dispersal, makes it possible to elucidate the structuring of a community facing these phenomena, through approaches at different scales, which involve the roles of the animal or plant species involved in them and the degree of stability of the system, conferred by the topographic characteristics exhibited in each network. This study has the purpose of analyze the structure of the pollination and seed dispersal interaction networks, reflected in the pollen load and diet of Phyllostomid bats in a fragment of tropical dry forest (TDFs) in Venadillo-Tolima. Fog net were assembled during six nights per month over six months, in addition to the collection of pollen loads in fur and obtaining seeds through feces. The recovered material was determined and processed in the laboratory for later implementation in the network analysis, through the bipartite package from software R 3.6.0. Finding, significant nested pattern interactions with asymmetric dependencies, and interconnected modules linked to its phylogenetic proximity. Glossophaga longirostris and Carollia brevicauda were found as keystone species in the dispersion of pollen and seeds respectively. However, it was found that species such as Phyllostomus discolor, despite not being classified as a nectarivorous or frugivorous presented an important ecological role standing out within the structural configuration of the pollen network. Vendillo?s forest reflected usual characteristics of undisturbed environments for these stabilizing processes, despite the visible pressures to which it is subjected; highlighting the species resilience, given their configuration and roles within the networks analyzed. The preservation of the species that participate in these phenomena represent a great contribution to the conservation of TDFs, being this relict one of the few in the high valley of Magdalena.
