This project is born from the need of promoting reading at the Mercedes Nari?o Liceo Femenino School, where the classroom project "Through Story I Imagine, I Learn and I Have Fun" was created, which allowed girls? more experiential approach towards reading which, at the same time, also motivated not only teachers but also families. This research work was carried out in two phases. The first was intended to be the making of the information gathering instruments which allowed to determine and analyze the characteristics of the institution which the practicum was carried. In the diagnostic phase, it was possible to identify several problems presented in the educational process of these girls. At this first moment, interest to participate in the different activities was observed, this fact was used as an interventional strategy. In the second phase, being already identified the problem during the observation process, where the lack of the children's reading opportunities and reading skills development were evidenced, the girls developed different actions inside and outside the classroom. At the end of our intervention with the students, the idea of creating a reading corner placed on the wall emerged where they could have different reading moments and take advantage of that space, which aims to continue motivating the girls to explore different stories.
