INTRODUCCI?N: La migraci?n humana es concebida como el movimiento de personas fuera de su lugar de residencia habitual, ya sea a trav?s de una frontera internacional o dentro de un pa?s (1), La migraci?n venezolana al territorio colombiano se intensific? a partir del a?o 2015 y desde entonces se observ? una tendencia de aumento, seg?n informe del ministerio de relaciones externas en el a?o 2015 se registraron 31.471 migrantes venezolanos en el territorio colombiano al a?o 2019 se estimaron 1.771.237 y a corte del 30 de septiembre del a?o 2020 se estimaron 1.715.831 migrantes venezolanos (16), experimentado la migraci?n en el territorio nacional en sus diversas formas, la totalidad de estas, han generado un impacto en la salud individual y de los colectivos, y de una manera m?s significativa, en la salud sexual y reproductiva, no solo de manera espec?fica en los migrantes, sino de las poblaciones receptoras, generando como consecuencias alteraciones en la din?mica de los procesos salud y enfermedad, como tambi?n mayor demanda de los servicios en salud, que a su vez acarrea barreras de acceso que vulneran las condiciones de la poblaci?n migrante en los diferentes cursos de vida, en un mayor grado, de aquellos cursos de vida en los que se es m?s propenso a presentar eventos en salud sexual y reproductiva.
OBJETIVO: El objetivo del presente estudio fue describir los eventos en Salud Sexual y Reproductiva de la poblaci?n migrante venezolana de la ciudad de Ibagu?, departamento del Tolima, 2019 a 2020.
DISE?O Y M?TODOS: Se realiz? un estudio observacional descriptivo de tipo transversal de car?cter retrospectivo, con un componente anal?tico exploratorio de asociaci?n entre variables sociodemogr?ficas de los eventos de obligatoria notificaci?n en salud sexual y reproductiva y desenlaces como hospitalizaci?n y muerte. Se utiliz? la informaci?n de las bases de datos correspondientes a la notificaci?n de los eventos morbilidad materna extrema (ficha 549), s?filis gestacional (ficha 750) y cong?nita (ficha 740), VIH (ficha 850), y violencia de g?nero (ficha 875), de la poblaci?n migrante venezolana, en los a?os 2019 a 2020, e informaci?n de Registro individual de prestaciones de salud (RIPS) de atenciones en salud sexual y reproductiva prestadas a la poblaci?n migrante venezolana.
RESULTADOS: Fueron 89 reportes de eventos en salud sexual y reproductiva en poblaci?n migrante venezolana para el a?o 2019 y 2020, siendo mayor para el ?ltimo a?o con el 61,8% (55 reportes), de estos reportes en primer lugar el evento 549, correspondiente a Morbilidad Materna Extrema (MME) con el 34.8% (31 reportes), seguido del evento 750: S?filis Gestacional con el 25.8% (23 reportes), y en tercer lugar el evento 850: VIH/SIDA con el 21.3% (19 reportes). El 77,5% de los casos notificados fueron mujeres, la edad promedio fue de 21,2 a?os, al recategorizar la edad por curso de vida predominantemente el 57,3% fueron j?venes y el 20,2% adultos, en general el 94,4% de reportes ocurrieron en ?rea urbana y se ostenta que la comuna 1 agrup? el 19,1% de los casos notificados, la comuna 9 agrup? el 13,5% , seguido de la comuna 12 que represent? el 12,4%, en cuanto a la ocupaci?n el 89,9% ejerc?an una ocupaci?n elemental como mantenimiento, aseo y servicios dom?sticos, no se encontraban afiliados a la seguridad social en salud el 80,9%. Al analizar el desenlace hospitalizaci?n en relaci?n con algunas caracter?sticas sociodemogr?ficas se encontr? que las personas no afiliadas al sistema de salud presentaron un riesgo de 7,6 veces (IC95% 2,4-24,1) en relaci?n a quienes estaban afiliados al sistema de salud, Al estratificar las asociaciones por sexo se identific? que el riesgo de hospitalizaci?n en los hombres que ejercen ocupaciones elementales es de 15 veces el riesgo (IC95% 1,6-136,2) con relaci?n a las mujeres que desempe?an la misma ocupaci?n con un OR de 3,2 (IC95% 0,1-54,95). OBJECTIVE: To describe events in Sexual and Reproductive Health of the Venezuelan migrant population in Ibague city, department of Tolima, 2019 to 2020.
METHOD AND DESIGN: A retrospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, observational study was conducted, with an exploratory analytical component of association between sociodemographic variables of mandatory notification events in sexual and reproductive health and outcomes such as hospitalization and death. The databases used correspond to the notification of extreme maternal morbidity (file 549), gestational syphilis (file 750), congenital (file 740), HIV (file 850), and gender violence (file 875). Of the Venezuelan migrant population, from 2019 to 2020, and information from the Individual Registry of Health Benefits (RIPS) of sexual and reproductive health care provided to the Venezuelan migrant population. RESULTS: They have reported 89 events in sexual and reproductive health in the Venezuelan migrant population from 2019 to 2020, being higher for the last year with 61.8% (55 reports), of these reports, is first found the event 549, corresponding to Extreme Maternal Morbidity (MME) with 34.8% (31 reports), followed by the event 750: Gestational Syphilis with 25.8% (23 reports), and in a third-place event 850: HIV/AIDS with 21.3% (19 reports). 77.5% of the reported cases were women, the average age was 21.2 years, categorizing the age by life course predominates 57.3% young and 20.2% adults, in general, 94 .4% of reports occurred in urban areas, the district 1 grouped 19.1% of the reported cases, district 9 grouped 13.5%, followed by district 12 which represented 12.4%, Regarding occupation, 89.9% exercised an elementary occupation such as maintenance, cleaning, and domestic services, 80.9% were not affiliated with social security in health. When analyzing the hospitalization outcome concerning some sociodemographic characteristics, it was found that people not affiliated with the health system presented a risk of 7.6 times (95% CI 2.4-24.1) about those who were affiliated with the health system. When stratifying the associations by sex, it was identified that the risk of hospitalization in men who perform elementary occupations is 15 times the risk (95% CI 1.6-136.2) to women who perform the same occupation with an OR of 3.2 (95% CI 0.1-54.95)
