135 p. Recurso Electr?nico La convivencia escolar en las instituciones educativas, es una de las acciones m?s
importantes que quiere constituir la sociedad como principio y par?metro de las buenas
pr?cticas en ambientes saludables. Es as? como distintas instancias internacionales,
nacionales y regionales han indicado la necesidad de orientar los procesos de
convivencia escolar para lograr que los estudiantes encuentren un espacio propicio para
su formaci?n integral. En este sentido, esta investigaci?n pretende dise?ar una estrategia
de gesti?n educativa para mejorar la convivencia escolar en la Instituci?n Educativa San
Antonio del municipio de Cunday- Tolima y as? fomentar una cultura del buen trato y de
relaciones interpersonales adecuadas. Todo ello se llevar? a cabo mediante una
investigaci?n mixta la cual presenta caracter?sticas de ambos m?todos; en referencia a
lo cuantitativo por las relaciones de correspondencia estad?stica y el m?todo cualitativo
en cuanto se da importancia a las vivencias, comportamientos y concepciones de los
actores, sin perder la objetividad, confiabilidad y validez que deben caracterizar la
investigaci?n. Adem?s, con el dise?o de investigaci?n - acci?n permite plantear una
posible alternativa de soluci?n a la problem?tica planteada de convivencia escolar; con
el uso de las t?cnicas de informaci?n como la revisi?n de literatura, la revisi?n de
documentos, la observaci?n a estudiantes en su ambiente natural y grupos focales con
docentes y padres de familia.
Con relaci?n a la poblaci?n son 200 estudiantes, 7 docentes y 150 padres de familia del
nivel de b?sica primaria. Se ha seleccionado el muestreo por cuotas para la selecci?n de
padres, participando 30 padres como representantes de la poblaci?n de los estudiantes
del nivel de b?sica primaria.

y gesti?n educativa The school conviviality in the educational institutions, is one of the most important actions
that wants to constitute the company as beginning and parameter of the good practices
in healthy environments. It is as well as, different international, national and regional
instances have indicated the need to orientate the processes of school conviviality to
achieve that the students find a propitious space for his integral formation.
In the development of this one investigation will bear fundamental topics in mind as
strategy, educational management, school conviviality and characterization of the
population, in order to have a theoretical and conceptual modal of the problematics to
investigate. For the previous thing, this investigation tries to create a strategy of
educational management to improve the school conviviality in the Educational Institution
San Antonio of the municipality of Cunday - Tolima and this way to create a culture of the
good treatment and of interpersonal suitable relations. This will be carried out by means
of a mixed investigation, allowing characteristics of both methods, in reference to the
quantitative thing for the relations of statistical correspondence and the qualitative method
in all that one gives importance to the experiences, behaviors and conceptions of the
actors, without losing the objectivity, reliability and validity that they must characterize the
investigation. In addition with the design of investigation - action it allows to raise a
possible alternative of solution to the disadvantage raised of school conviviality; with the
use of the technologies of information as the review of literature, the review of documents,
the observation to students in his natural environment and focal groups with teachers and
family parents.
Consequently, the population they are all the 200 students, 7 teachers and 150 family
parents of the level of basic primary. The sampling has been selected by quotas for the
selection of parents, taking part 30 parents as representatives of the population of the
students of the level of basic primary.
