Soporte emocional en el aula y sus implicaciones sobre el desarrollo de competencias comunicativas en transici?n desaf?os de la ense?anza

Recurso Electr?nico A continuaci?n se exponen los resultados de un estudio mixto (cuantitativo-correlacional y cualitativo-descriptivo), que tuvo como prop?sito caracterizar la relaci?n entre el soporte emocional que brindan las profesoras en el aula a los estudiantes de transici?n, de los Colegio Ema?s y Santo Tomas de Aquino de la cuidad de Ibagu?, y el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa a partir del instrumento diagn?stico de competencias b?sicas en transici?n del Ministerio de Educaci?n Nacional de Colombia. Los resultados refieren en el colegio (01) la presencia de un clima negativo medio, y en el colegio (02) se encontraron conductas positivas por parte del docente, reflejando mayor soporte emocional, el cual potencializ? el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa en los estudiantes. Por lo anterior, se sugiere la importancia de fortalecer procesos de formaci?n profesor que inviten a la reflexi?n sobre las propias pr?cticas pedag?gicas, y a generar conciencia sobre el impacto que el rol del educador puede tener para el desarrollo, social, afectivo y cognitivo del ni?o, cuando ofrece un adecuado soporte emocional. In this text are presented the results of a mixed study (quantitative - correlational and qualitative - descriptive), that took as an intention to characterize the relation between the emotional support that the teachers offer in the classroom to the students of kindergarten, of the School Emmaus and Santo Tomas De Aquino of Ibague, and the development of the communicative competition from the diagnostic instrument of basic competitions in kindergarten of the Ministry of Education of Colombia. The results refer in the school (1) the presence of an average negative work environment, and also refers (2), the positive conducts of the teacher, reflecting major emotional support, which promoted the development of the communicative competition in the students. Therefore, is suggested the importance of strengthening formation processes in wich invite to the reflection on the proper teaching practices, to generate conscience on the impact of the educator role can have for the social, affective and cognitive development of the child, when it offers a suitable emotional support.
