Growth Factory empowers companies of any size to revolutionize the world through innovation. To do so, it guides teams within organizations in the definition of a Relevant Purpose as a predictor of the success of their intra-entrepreneurship initiatives; educates these teams on innovation methodologies and provides them with tools to boost their work. This is an innovative approach, since it not only considers methodological aspects, but also team culture, which is usually the main inhibitor of innovation within organizations. For companies, results are achieved by the addition of four elements: Purpose + Innovation + Strategy = Success. The research carried out by the authors in different companies of the target segment revealed that, although there is a consensus regarding the importance of increasing the rate of innovation within organizations, the reality is that they are not achieving it: The number of implemented innovation projects in the surveyed organizations is just one per year. The causes reported for such ineffective innovation can be grouped in three clusters: culture, which hinders effective collaboration between teams; knowledge, understood as insufficient mastery of methodology and tools for innovation; and resources, i.e. financial, time and talent, that prevent organizations from incorporating a culture of innovation into their daily operations. The solution being developed by the Growth Factory team considers the above aspects and is based on a technological platform under the SaaS model that also offers live, on-demand interactions with the team of facilitators/consultants when clients require closer support.
