Resumen
This present work will describe the methodology that companies may follow for collective bargaining processes, which, if not properly addressed, can lead to a collective conflict or eventual strike. To do so, strategies or alternatives will be proposed, and therefore, it is necessary to carry out a series of scenario and impact analyses in advance and in a planned manner for proper decision-making. Failing to do so, companies will face difficulties in managing their human resources and eventually in their product development. Adequate planning, where all probable scenarios are observed, provides companies and their representatives with the necessary material for making strategic decisions in the medium and long term, which consider different factors such as human, financial, operational, and commercial capital, and the impact on third parties such as customers, families, and suppliers.
