Cuerpos-territorios marcados para la construcción de paz: diferentes tipos de violencias contra las mujeres en El Placer, Putumayo, por parte de las Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia en el periodo 1999-2006

Abstract

Based on an analysis of documentary sources, the aim is to attract attention to the scourges suffered at El Placer, an inspection located in Bajo Putumayo, during the time when the population was affected by the presence of the Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia (1999-2006). The analysis covers the violence experienced in the area, studied in terms of concepts typical of feminist theories and anthropological analysis, which account for the space of the body of women in war, suffering and vindication from the possibility of thinking about peace and reconciliation processes. Based on the effects of the exercise of violence, it seeks understand why and how the lives of women were affected by the fact of being women and the effects that this had on bodies that have been restricted and determined by the determining patriarchy in war.
