dc.descriptionResumen Es una entidad que se caracteriza por la presencia de inmunocomplejos (IgG, IgM, C3, C4, C1q) en el subendotelio y membrana glomerular basal (MGB). La glomerulonefritis que puede presentar curso clínico de síndrome nefrítico y/o nefrótico. El pronóstico de esta enfermedad es ominoso. Este caso se trata de un joven cuya primera manifestación clínica fue edema e hipertensión arterial. Abstract It is an entity that you characterize for the presence of immune-complex (Ig G, IgM, C3, C4 C1q) in the subendothelial and glomerular basement membrane (GBM). This glo- merulonephritis can manifest clinically like nephritic feature and/ or nephritic feature. The presage of this illness is ominous.
