Esta investigación reflexiona acerca de la implementación de la Transversalidad de Género (Objetivo Estratégico I) del Plan Nacional de Igualdad de Género en el Ministerio de Justicia del 2012 al 2014. El objetivo de esta tesis es analizar la evolución de la implementación de la transversalidad, junto con los avances y dificultades presentadas en el MINJUS.This investigation reflects on the implementation of the Gender Mainstreaming (Strategic Objective I) of the Plan Nacional de Igualdad de Género (PLANIG) inside of the Ministry of Justice from 2012 to 2014. The objective of this thesis is analyze the evolution of the implementation of transversality, besides the progress and difficulties presented on MINJUS.
