Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación realizada en el marco de una estancia posdoctoral en el Doctorado de Educación y Diversidad de la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. Se aborda el tema de formación docente desde la voz de los formadores. El acercamiento se construyó a partir del interés por conocer cuáles son las perspectivas de los docentes respecto a su práctica, particularmente a la luz del enfoque bilingüe e intercultural en donde laboran. Se trazaron cuatro ejes de indagación que guiaron las entrevistas: primeros momentos, consolidación, identificación y posicionamiento. En sus narraciones encontramos como dan cuenta de sí desde su rol profesional pero también desde un posicionamiento de autoreconocimiento. Asimismo recuperamos las ideas que plantean en torno a la responsabilidad de formar desde un enfoque como el de la Escuela Normal Bilingüe e intercultural (ENBIO)   Abstract This article results from an investigation carried out within the framework of a postdoctoral stay in the Doctorate of Education and Diversity of the National Pedagogical University. The issue of teacher training is addressed from the voice of the teacher trainers. The approach was built from the interest in knowing what the perspectives of teachers are regarding their practice, particularly in light of the bilingual and intercultural approach where they work. Four axes of inquiry were outlined that guided the interviews: first moments, consolidation, identification, and positioning. In their narrations, we find how they give an account of themselves from their professional role but also from a position of selfrecognition. Likewise, we recover the ideas they raise regarding the responsibility of training from an approach such as the ENBIO.
