| dc.description | This article presents the results obtained through a documentary and bibliographical review of documents from scientific articles during the period 2015-2022 on the importance of the role of pedagogical innovation with the purpose of strengthening technological development that promotes the growth of education. Colombian agroindustrial sector. Based on the analysis of the publications consulted, the categories related to the pedagogical tools that have been developed in the field of knowledge teaching in the agro-industrial sector were addressed, as well as the main innovations that have been adopted in the main production chains of the Colombian agro-industrial sector. such as sugar cane, coffee, cocoa and cereals, and the impact that these innovations have had on the growth of the sector for the period 2015-2022. When analyzing the growth potential of the agro-industrial sector in Colombia, it is concluded that the strengthening of technological capacities is key, but for this, professionals with skills in the management of new technologies must be trained, for which innovative pedagogical tools are required that enable this purpose to be achieved. | en-US |
| dc.description | En el presente artículo se exponen los resultados obtenidos por medio de una revisión documental y bibliográfica de documentos de artículos científicos durante el periodo 2015-2022 sobre la importancia del papel de la innovación pedagógica con el propósito de fortalecer el desarrollo tecnológico que impulse el crecimiento del sector agroindustrial colombiano. A partir del análisis de las publicaciones consultadas se abordaron las categorías relacionados a las herramientas pedagógicas que han sido desarrolladas en el ámbito de la enseñanza del conocimiento en el sector agroindustrial, las principales innovaciones que han sido adoptadas en las principales cadenas productivos del sector agroindustrial colombiano como son caña de azúcar, café, cacao y cereales, y el impacto que han tenido dicha innovaciones sobre el crecimiento del sector para el periodo 2015-2022. Al analizar el potencial de crecimiento del sector agroindustrial en Colombia, se concluye que el fortalecimiento de las capacidades tecnológicas es clave, pero para ello se deben formar profesionales con competencias en el manejo de nuevas tecnológicas, para lo cual se requiere de herramientas pedagógicas novedosas que permitan alcanzar este propósito. | es-ES |
