La crisis migratoria venezolana en Colombia: perspectiva socio-jurídica contemporáneas

Abstract

El estudio académico titulado la crisis migratoria venezolana en Colombia: perspectiva socio-jurídica contemporáneas; pretende analizar las principales causas migratorias y las transformaciones sociales que generan esta tanto para la población emigrante como la receptora, para nuestro caso la sociedad colombiana, para así obtener un examen exhaustivo de los patrones sociales migratorios venezolanos. Mediante el método inductivo de la mano con el enfoque cualitativo desde la técnica de revisión documental y el paradigma interpretativo investigativo, se da como resultado, inicialmente una reflexión sobre los antecedentes migratorios pasando por las nuevas situaciones del acrecentamiento del fenómeno y los efectos donde no se deja de percibir la vulneración de derechos humanos. Destacándose que las consecuencias tras la polarización generada por conflictos sociales y la carencia de la atención gubernamental — en especial las regiones o municipios de mayor impacto migratorio— por no poder invertir el patrimonio público en atención a crisis humanitarias de personas no ciudadanos reconocidos y que en su mayoría ingresaron de manera ilegal al territorio nacional; son la inseguridad, violencia intrafamiliar, persecución por estigmatización y pobreza.
