La pregunta que con frecuencia nos realizamos los estudiantes en formación inicial como docentes, se basa en las cualidades o competencias que deberíamos adquirir al concluir esta etapa formativa en la universidad, para poder desempeñar un buen ol en la era educativa del siglo XXI (Senge, 2017). Esta constante inquietud refleja la preocupación y compromiso que debemos asumir frente a nuevas prácticas que los educandos han adquirido (Abanades, 2016).The question that we often ask ourselves as students in initial training as teachers is based on the qualities or competencies that we should acquire at the end of this formative stage at the university, in order to be able to perform well in the educational era of the 21st century (Senge, 2017). This constant concern reflects the concern and commitment that we must assume in the face of new practices that the students have acquired (Abanades, 2016).
