Resumen
The objective of the current curriculum integration work was to implement a web system that allows to manage and monitor nutritional diets in patients. We applied analytic, deductive and statistics methods and we used document review through the web, process modelling diagram and business process model and notation (BPMN), survey adapted to a usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use questionnaire (USE), and to computer system usability questionnaire (CSUQ) and the tukey test as data gathering techniques. As tools, we utilized the code editor Sublime Text, PHP developer for the server and for the client as well. We also utilized javascript together with Ajax technology, to build the front end; we utilized MySQL for database, and we utilized the fullCalendar library and chartjs for the generation of graphic reports. We applied the agile project management methodology Extreme Programming (XP) to maintain a proper organization in the implementation of the software product. In addition, we applied the ISO/IEC 25010 standard to measure the level of the usability and efficiency of the system performance. The results obtained are 86% in performance efficiency, while the level of usability within the area of nutrition is 94%. By means of the application of the tukey test with a 95% in the level of confidence and a margin of error of 5%, we determine the equality of the means of the sub characteristics. We concluded that the system meets with the different requirements of the client, moreover, we accomplished to reduce 88.70% in the time of patient care through automation system. We recommend promoting the use of the standards to guarantee the quality of the process and product software.
